I think it is interesting that in the US Republican logo the stars are flipped and turned around.

The stars in the dems logo have not been.

Same is true for how they 'hang' the US flag in the backdrop at official functions. I guess you could say that is 3/4 through the process.

And to some degree the flag worn on the US Military's uniforms has gone through the process. They flipped it but it is not turned upside down.

So only half way in that case.

Lot's of symbolism and subtle subconscious cues being thrown around for the masses to dwell in these days.
