I was just considering the Mandelbrot yesterday after I picked up the remains of what I believe was an "Indian Tobacco' flower bulb.

Coming out of its center, was a stalk spiraling out, with many tiny little projections identical from that which they sprang.

I was then tempted to consider the Mandelbrot fractal.

I am glad it has come up, as it lends credence to my ponderings yesterday.
