Quoting: aether Why did he travel from the west towards the east?  it is location of arrival that dictates landing in americas Exactly. It still confuses me though, why to cling to such a thing. I understand the reasoning behind it...but. Also, this had something to do with Hermes as well. Wait. Hermes is Thoth, isn't he? Dammit, been reading too much, and not studying what I am reading.
