well and if it is key symbol then the water spot "C" is like a combination lock. where you turn each sybmol to the appropriate water spot. the first one is given to you with the water spot noted in the negitive. "C"

what it gives you? i don't really know or really care to know at this time. maybe i will have another glance later... but it certainly lines up nicely with the poles and them being at true north and off set by the C position.
