Do the white outlines of people move in your peripheral vision? If so...do they move in straight lines?

OK, I am not trying to offend you...I don't know you at all...but I am assuming you are a female. I assume this because females have better peripheral vision than men. This is quite strange...because my wife's niece, who is only 5 years younger than my wife sees the exact same thing. She talked about this the last time I saw her...last month. She said she had never talked about it before, because she didn't want anyone to think she was crazy. This is the same girl who used to be a sleepwalker when she was younger. She told me that she has unusually lucid dreams when I come up to visit and just after I leave. Strange. She said she only sees the white figures move horizontally.
