Re: X Marks the Spot

Of course, we've simply not found them yet... en masse. New emotions pop up all the time. Take compersion, the concept of being happy for someone else, it's a shade of jealousy, it's opposite similarity. New ones pop up all the time, we just lack the language to express them. Take compersion, it pops up in "swingers" terminology, but it's no less valid across the spectrum. And I feel compelled to add I don't know this because it's my lifestyle, but because writers will sometimes take jobs from "naughty" peeps to make ends me... beats being something destructive like a lawyer or general, lol.
 Quoting: Bea Nameless

The point is the Movement.

Self Control.

I guess that what it all come down to...

People being able through balance being able to control their own often impulsive and hurtful behaviors.

The prison system is not a deterrent. Neither religion, which just adds to the atrocity and nonsense.

It seem...Man desires to govern him or herself without needing other forms of external control to keep one 'safe'.

To do so, we would need to learn as a species how to do it.
 Quoting: seer

those 2 go together

don`t they
 Quoting: aether

Of course! The death culture we inhabit could really learn from it's own underground sex culture, lmao.
 Quoting: Bea Nameless

a city of necrophiles sorta thing?
 Quoting: Dionysian Fullaflattus

Uhm, no, lol. Dealing with aggression via consensual agreement, dealing with fidelity issues by testing boundaries, things like that. I didn't say combine them, for Chrissake! LMAO!

Re: X Marks the Spot
the shock was this
it has been 4 weeks since re orientation and the emotional information within re orientation is noticeably compassionate

now my own emotions have adjusted to re orientation enough to begin feel noticeable compassion (last night) the shock was near instant realization of our human state as it is (shock today)

as of yet, unaffected by re orientation process

I don't think Lucifer is much of a mystery: It is what occurs when you practice pure logic looking at a wave rather than being it.

You can gain the world through number crunching but lose your soul.
 Quoting: Dionysian Fullaflattus

!

The Word was uttered: the One exploded into one
thousand million worlds.
Each world contained a thousand million spheres.
Each sphere contained a thousand million planes.
Each plane contained a thousand million stars.
Each star contained a many thousand million things.
Of these the reasoner took six, and, preening, said:
This is the One and the All.
These six the Adept harmonised, and said: This is the
Heart of the One and the All.
These six were destroyed by the Master of the
Temple; and he spake not.
The Ash thereof was burnt up by the Magus into
The Word.
Of all this did the Ipsissimus know Nothing.

My friend was over the other night, he lays hardwood flooring and does all the other stuff that entails. He almost hit his hand with some sort of saw and was expressing his thanks that it hadn't took his hand. And I said... takes you to tabula rosa, doesn't it? That kind of system shock. You go blank slate, ready for a new imprint. And he smiled, knowing what I meant and said, yeah... it makes you reevaluate shit when you face something like that did. I found by questioning him it took him two hours to come down from the endorphin rush, lol.

This reminds me of a convo we had a while back about how remote viewing only gives a "possible" future, with nothing written in stone. How can it be with billions of hopes, dreams, actions, and thoughts shaping it? The AC is correct, the only master plan is all of us flying by the seat of our collective pants, lmao.

And that doesn't unsettle me at all. BUT the whole grand destiny/prophecy stuff does. I realize I don't have ALL the control, but I do have a portion, free will. Destiny and prophecy invalidate the concept of free will entirely.
 Quoting: Bea Nameless

Lovely Bea.

However, there is a way that Fate and Freewill dance.

Only after all the causes which lead to the 'fated' effect have been set in motion, will the event occur.

Once triggered, effect(fate) of the cause is unstoppable. Small directional changes can be implemented if perceived in time to direct the wave toward a more positive outcome if that is ones intention.

It's the SEEing of the rising of the wave before it arrives is how some have access to strong precognitive gifts.

word.

and i'm not sure why i chose this one: it happens that way frequently with me....

There is a Swan whose name is Ecstasy: it wingeth
from the Deserts of the North;it wingeth through
the blue; it wingeth over the fields of rice; at its
coming they push forth the green.
In all the Universe this Swan alone is motionless; it
seems to move, as the Sun seems to move; such
is the weakness of our sight.
O fool! criest thou?
Amen. Motion is relative: there is Nothing that is
still.
Against this Swan I shot an arrow; the white breast
poured forth blood. Men smote me; then, per-
ceiving that I was but a Pure Fool, they let me
pass.
Thus and not otherwise I came to the Temple of the
Grail.

Re: X Marks the Spot
or finally let go of attempting it.

for me, the key is *cooperation*: team work.
all things in their proper measure: at the correct dose.

for me, when i let go of trying to *create* or master my destiny is when all the best stuff happens...and believ me, aether, i have done some stuff. i have never lived as a sheep, nor ever been interested in being the wolf either... forging my own path even before my parents 'allowed' me to. i have made and implemented *so* many plans some solo, some in group, some as luetenent, some as capitain.

and in all my wanderings and attemtings, the most amazing results and adventures happenned as a complete surprise and could never have been planned by me or any other human: sinconicity does come about thru a master plan.

there IS no plan.

even God is making it us She goes along.

this truth is deeply unsettling to most, but ALL of my experience, in work, play, projects, and adventures, says that it is nevertheless: truth.

nobody is in control here folks. the future is unkown.

deal with it

Our choice is free inasmuch as the locality allows us to envision it, but the circumstance it allows is an alignment of many choices which make up a door.

But freedom is solely an overlay/preconcieved thoughtform which we choose to colour the projection of our thoughts through any and all doors.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28792938

irrespective of where we find ourselves and the forces that brought us to that point, we always have choices. our souls are crafted by the choices we make and the actions that arrise from those choices.

fate is the big arrows driven by the big forces and colective decisions. the acts of God.

free will is found in the little choices of how we navigate any particular wave.

and then there are some things that can *only* happen if one actively chooses: seeks.

some opportunities will not slap you in the face.

Re: X Marks the Spot
So you are pointing at this mythological deity as the source of all our suffering?

The AC was asking for real information I believe. Possibly something she could research about Lucifer. I believe she took your words as some kind of common knowledge about the subject. It isn't.

I wanted to make it clear that it was just your interpretation(pulled it out of thin air)...and tbh it's a pretty negative and slanted view.

When you use words such as "the sad truth" and follow it up with some cocksure statement, some people will take that to be some kind of statement backed up by facts.

Perhaps my language was a little salty...but honestly, at the time I wanted to discuss it with you in hopes of clearing up the fact that you were indeed just doing some kind of 'free flow' writing...Which I have no problem with, it's just the authoritative tone you used regarding a subject that can't possibly be known for sure.

It reminded me a bit of the role players on the Nobody threads...and how they just make stuff up out of thin air.
 Quoting: Rayrayz

fairly stated, Ray.

and guilty as charged, about the occasional 'cocksure' bit anyway.

*sardonic grin* we all have our little battles.

but i do not just make stuff up. i have deeply considered most of what i write about, even if the actual expression in the moment is 'fluid'.

and i admit to having gaps in my knowledge and usually welcome a polite "hey did you know...?". Don't let my confidence stop you or give you the idea that i wont listen.

that being said, how do you propose that i 'back up' my statements? when we talk of a thing bearly belived in. muchless properly explored.
its not like i can show you my data: it consists of days and days and days of hoovering up cyberspace, science and experience. years of observation and synthisis. and like most metaphysical (deep mind) research the proof is in the personal pudding.

instead of pointing to some culture that says that lucy is 'good' (that that i ever said he was not good) and then using that as some proof that i'm making shit up, why not pick an actual point in my argumant and tell mt how you see it diferent. i care much more about your personal ideas and expewrience than i do some dead cultures preistly ideas.

so.

if you got a beef with my words. pick 'em out and show me where i done bad.

i been wrong way more den i been right.
