The human body needs MUCH less food than most assume.


Hunger is just another form of perception.

If one BELIEVES they should eat 3 times per day, then that is how often they will eat and develop the proper appetite for said belief.

Portion size is another huge problem due to people increasing their portions, times 3 meals per day, plus snacks and alcohol and well, you get what we see today with the obesity epidemic.

Your hunger response will self correct after a few days and fasting for a bit can jump start that.


You are what you eat has never been more of a reality.


Unfortunately, I have lost 2 lbs in 3 days due to being unbalanced with my appetite and the amount I eat. It can be a struggle either way.


The key is to balance your needs with your perception of said needs.

Looking at it from a Russellian frame, the light is everywhere. When we 'see' light, we are witnessing the cause/cause/effect, not the light. Light is everything! We just cannot perceive it in our material/biological bodies until the effect occurs resultant from the two causes interaction.

So, it is not even that light shines. It just IS. It is what we are able to perceive that denotes the imaginary reference of 'shining'.

EDIT: Holy crap...I hope that makes sense. I am trying describe the extremely complex idea that light is everything, we just cannot perceive it as that since our consciousness is bound within flesh.
