Today I had a real heart to heart with my other half, we have been clashing heads a little of late, we both spoke From the heart truthfully to each other about our concerns and differences, we found a level ground, then out of nowhere a negative thought arose within me just as the conversation was winding down a negative irrational thought invaded the harmony we had found so I aired it following with MY agreement on the irrational direction of the thought, upon my disclosure she too disclosed that she too had had the same invasion, the same negative thoughts upon finishing.

Thing is niether of us felt negative about the outcome yet there it was an invader of harmony to both of us, trying to slip in and create disharmony. We both agreed that the current thoughts thought by both were not in line with our current understanding, we had heard and excepted each other released what had been building yet just as we were about to close something tried to slip in, if I had not voiced the irrational thought that was alien niether would she have, I disagreed with it, yet there it was planting a seed, it would have grown and the cycle would repeat.

My question if anyone would care to try and theorise is is the seed planter that we both heard and overcame via our truthfulness with each other is it arrrrg hard to put in to words, is it they the thoughts they are not us, we want harmony why would we seek anything else yet they seek disharmony,.... Why!

we both 100 percent agreed that the fleeting negative thought we both felt was irrational and not in line with our present way of thinking, so where does that leave us but to theorise they are not from us.
