I mentioned it to you before Ceti that I take lugol's iodine, and I quit eating meat two years ago . Not to fond of eating fish tho as the mercury content on the market is high and local fish from here is not safe either because I live in the oil spill area off the coast of Mississippi |

Sugar also destroys the electrical synapsis in the brain as well. So I stick with mainly veggies and fruits and careful not to eat too much bread as well , like flat breads if I do . Wheat is no longer healthy for you either it was originally modified starting about 200 years ago from research ... gmo's are also changing our dna structure . And Ceti is right about free range food. It gets more light source/ codes so that it provided the proper food for the body. |
