both our military and belief leadership of America, Russia and China (arc) are fully aware that nothing they have constructed their structure around functions because of reasons they believed it did
and
none have as yet grasped how their structures continue to function within our new to them universe

this prompts within their emotions 2 distinct "worrying" issues

what occurs if our general population discovers before our leadership themselves discover practical meanings to this discovery

and

what if life not of earth origin knows well that which we know we cannot as yet know as well ourselves
