It happened in Washington State over a decade ago. The gel which fell from the sky made the residents of the town experience 'flu-like' symptoms and killed small pets.

After much waiting, it was determined that a mass of jellyfish were sucked into the sky somehow, then distributed inland to fall on the residents of this particular town. That is, by they who offer the 'explanations'...

Have to follow up and see if there is some form of illness that occurred like Seer said. Could be a form of bio-warfare or and by product of chemtrail spraying in the clouds. I see where it is mentioned they come along with hail storms mostly , not sure about the Arizona ones tho .

Made me think of that Movie the Rock back in 1996 with Sean Connery and the use of green gel like balls that contained a lethal substance called VX gas that they were going to target San Francisco
