Sorry to hear that. No not really. I was listening to a webinar about activated charcoal and the guy was talking about how it is good for the hollows and how brought up lucifer. The activated charcoal sucks up all the alien particles in the hollows.

I have spent most of my life with pain in my stomach area in one way or another.

Not ALWAYS. But often.

You get use to it...

I need edit, lol. The lumen is the hollow parts(stomach-intestine etc) in your body and lumen, he said, means illuminate/lucy/lucifer. So for example, if one drank from a stream that caused diarreha (sp?)that person would take activated charcoal to suck up the parasites or the parasites waste products that are irritating the bowels/stomach.

Its the shoulders for me. I will catch myself tensing...it's so hard to notice until it's too late and then they start hurting.

Interesting to note perhaps..

Yesterday I was looking a what appeared to be stain on the cement. At first I thought it was rust, but then I thought it looked like paint.

I thought, who would paint something the color of rust? Isn't that the purpose behind painting metal? To keep it from doing said?

So that led to me thinking about iron.

Fe.

Its magnetic properties and also its necessary inclusion in our bodies. Red blood cell, hemoglobin, oxygen...etc.

I then remembered a documentary I saw once, regard the Earth in the 'early stages' It was said that the Sea was once red. Due it is theorized, to all the iron and rust within.

I believe, and it has been some time, it was said that our atmosphere arose out of this soup of red water and the interaction between the water and Sun.

Eventually turning both to blue and oxygenating our Planet.

Just thought I would share.
