Re: X Marks the Spot
No its not like that have had one of those way back as well. It's more my stomach, feels raw when I first wake up . Can't hardly eat without it cramping up. Can't drink cold liquids either or eat cold things that also makes it cramp up. Nothing that would constitute an emergency at this particular time tho. Its all upper left abdomen. No bleeding or throwing up, and no fever, so that is why Im not so worried for the moment.

Do you feel excessively tired? Have you had Mono before? As that can cause upper-left quadrant pain.

Believe it or not bismuth, the active ingredient in Pepto, successful in treating ulcers.

If that is what you have.

Have you noticed others with stomach pain in your area?

Could it be your water?
 Quoting: Seer777

Well I had the thought about the water also. Never had mono and not really tired just uncomfortable. My filter for my water stuff was time to change didnt have another one so used tap water for about 3 days till I got bottled water. It had this oily film on it I noticed.. so it could have been the water . My bff has been having problems as well with hers acting up also. Tonight the water out of the tap smells like it has a high clorine content. I am also worried about the corexit having seeped into our water supply and they don't filter that sort of stuff out of it.
Need to get stuff I seen for a home made water distiller to make distilled water to drink but that doesn't take care of the bath water tho and skin absorbs chemicals from showers and baths also.

ok.

i gotta ask now:

have you ever tried any probiotics: keifer, kombucha, cultured milk or cheese?

GI issues are frequently ecosystem imbalances and modern medicine mostly don't have a clue about that sorta thing.

and on that note. some past posts speaking or serotonin made want to share: serotonin is primarily used by the *stomach* to increase and decrease it's size and it is ONLY the cells in the stomach that release into to blood stream, no other way, despite what people may think 5htp will NOT help you recover serotonin loss (for folks who like mdma).

turns out tho that adding the right bacteria to the stomach will work. Studies comparing the efficacy of ssri's to pond scum in rats show that the bacteria in the pond scum is more effective...

the we buggers *talk* to the stomach cells.

it's not chemistry. it's communication.

or thats how i see it. i eat living food any chance i get. Thats part of our problem, all the food we eat is dead dead dead.

yet another modern mistake: treating bacteria as the enemy.

You shouldn't be impressed, aether. And, I am hoping you were truly not, you are just diffusing the situation. Shit, if I know you, I know you were truly not.

These damn AC's think that registered users pay attention to their damn numbers so much, as if it is worth the time to track every AC's post so we can try and follow who is who...much less with the changing AC #'s.

Some of them need to get over their importance of self and realize it is the words conveyed that promote deletion, and not the person behind it. I hate it, just because I have had it happen over and over and over to me. People thinking that I should treat everyone as equals no matter the past or present dialogue. I should treat all AC's the same, even when they spout different ideologies, protray different personalities, etc.

Fuck them that do that. I can name about a dozen that do it non-stop. There only interest is in manipulating you into saying something against what you had said previously just so they can point a finger and say, I told you so! NEVER understanding that every relationship is UNIQUE, as every personality/soul is unique.

They ae just trying to be divisive. If they are trying to be Divisive, then fuck em.

Re: X Marks the Spot
In my life I have talked to 2 retired airline pilots...both said they have seen ufos more than once... both have said they kept quiet about it. Never told the higher ups or whoever...but what's interesting is that these two never met each other....but both claim they have seen them with their own eyes. I guess maybe reporting about these things back then was not something a pilot wanted to do...but I guess it was well known back then according to these two that we are not alone...

One of them actually told me that after he had seen these things it was tough to not think about seeing them each time he was on the job...

I had no reason not to believe either one of them...

hf
 Quoting: Spirit666

I have a GREAT story, me having 'contact'.

My father was a helicopter pilot for USAF. He did it for nearly his entire career.

At a young age I asked him if he ever saw UFO's. He would always say 'yes', but there was obviously a normal accounting for what he saw, he just didn't know what it could be. Light reflections, atmospheric disturbances, maneuvering after effects, whatever.

He was/is a very curious type personality, but ALWAYS used to fall back on the 'real'. Military training makes that a necessity.

In our younger years, my dad always was very impressed with my twin brother and I's 'intelligence', and we would discuss Einstein's theories, mainly about light as it the theory breached all laws of physics.

In my late thirties I decided to tell him about ET, as this is something we had discussed before, but always in a hypothetical way. Problem was, at the point I began having experiences, I could explain to him the dynamics, but he could not understand the information. For example, in my early twenties I would discuss quantum theories and he could not 'see' it in his mind's eye. There was no way he could view particle/wave, observation, collapsing wave forms, Schrodinger's Cat, etc.

This was and always has been the mindset of my dad. Until the last few years, when I could talk about 'things' and it was so far over his head, he couldn't envision our conversations anymore. When this happened, I realized it was occurring within my entire family as well. Things that I began talking about, science wise, that was so easy for me to grasp, was beyond their even imagining, and it became VERY difficult to 'play' in this manner anymore.

Wow...tangent. Just typing my thoughts as they come to me.

Anyway, one day I decided to ask him about the Alaskan UFO pilot sighting. It had ALL the cockpit recordings, as well as the tower communications AND a second airplane that verified the sighting through triangulation, time signatures, etc.

My dad was a pilot in Alaska for a number of years (where I was born), and I thought it would be neat to pull up the video of it and ask him about it. For the first time ever, he said he was part of Project Blue Book. He was the head guy that sent all statements of pilot sightings to...shit...to whatever agency it was.

Feedback... = ...circuit complete.

Sorry for the rambling. Just trying to think through it all, and it helps when I write it down to you guys.
 Quoting: Septenary Man

OH! Wait!

I messed up in saying something after reading over it. He was the guy at the station in Alaska that reviewed and sent reports to Project Bluebook.

It may have sounded like I am misleading people when I said he was the 'head guy'. Only from the base in Fairbanks where I was born. He retired as Lt. Colonel, that is probably why he was designated as the one that sent reports when Project Blue Book was activated.

Ancient Builders Created Monumental Structures that Altered Sound and Mind, Say Researchers
“The findings indicated that at 110 Hz the patterns of activity over the prefrontal cortex abruptly shifted, resulting in a relative deactivation of the language center and a temporary shifting from left to right-sided dominance related to emotional processing and creativity. This shifting did not occur at 90 Hz or 130 Hz……In addition to stimulating their more creative sides, it appears that an atmosphere of resonant sound in the frequency of 110 or 111 Hz would have been “switching on” an area of the brain that bio-behavioral scientists believe relates to mood, empathy and social behavior. Deliberately or not, the people who spent time in such an environment under conditions that may have included a low male voice — in ritual chanting or even simple communication — were exposing themselves to vibrations that may have actually impacted their thinking.” [1]

Are Fungi The Earth’s Natural Internet?

“I believe that mycelium is the neurological network of nature. Interlacing mosaics of mycelium infuse habitats with information-sharing membranes. These membranes are aware, react to change, and collectively have the long-term health of the host environment in mind. The mycelium stays in constant molecular communication with its environment, devising diverse enzymatic and chemical responses to complex challenges.”

Thanks for this wonderful thread and great moderation aether, you are doing a fine job.

Would like to say one thing, aether in my opinion is not here to teach, but to uncover, via the feedback, two completely different things, learning happens, but there is no one teacher on this thread I believe, that way leads to peddle stool power, idolization, heart AND mind not either or, both is the way forward, so some here would be wise to think with their heart when using their mind, as this thread is full of teachers, we all know something one of the others don't and vise-verse.

Look at every growth cycle and you are getting things from the past. In every natural process there is a discernable order.

A substrates baseline at a balanced ph gives birth to a balanced range of plant(bacterial) species. Skew it either way and more radical species will emerge to reset balance.

If the balance fails to stabilize we have deserts and rock canyons. Ultimately allowing water to neither pool or drain to quickly is the crux of the issue.

“Is this the largest organism in the world? This 2,400-acre (9.7 km2) site in eastern Oregon had a contiguous growth of mycelium before logging roads cut through it. Estimated at 1,665 football fields in size and 2,200 years old, this one fungus has killed the forest above it several times over, and in so doing has built deeper soil layers that allow the growth of ever-larger stands of trees. Mushroom-forming forest fungi are unique in that their mycelial mats can achieve such massive proportions.” - Paul Stamets, Mycelium Running

Yes I take probiotics on a daily basis and have been adding more fermented foods back into my diet like sauerkraut... helps alot. And you are right having a balanced gut bacteria is mucho important. I just need a bigger kitchen lol and a fermenting pot to ferment my own food. The probiotics I take currently have 14 different strains of bacteria in it ...

Voicemail Discovered in Nature: Insects Receive Soil Messages from the Past

A new study now shows that through those same plants insects are also able to leave ‘voicemail’ messages in the soil. Herbivorous insects store their voicemails via their effects on soil fungi.

Yes, the researchers are finding that the understory is just as much important as the big trees. Its a community that balances each other.
