Yes I take probiotics on a daily basis and have been adding more fermented foods back into my diet like sauerkraut... helps alot. And you are right having a balanced gut bacteria is mucho important. I just need a bigger kitchen lol and a fermenting pot to ferment my own food. The probiotics I take currently have 14 different strains of bacteria in it ...

Voicemail Discovered in Nature: Insects Receive Soil Messages from the Past

A new study now shows that through those same plants insects are also able to leave ‘voicemail’ messages in the soil. Herbivorous insects store their voicemails via their effects on soil fungi.

Look at every growth cycle and you are getting things from the past. In every natural process there is a discernable order.

A substrates baseline at a balanced ph gives birth to a balanced range of plant(bacterial) species. Skew it either way and more radical species will emerge to reset balance.

If the balance fails to stabilize we have deserts and rock canyons. Ultimately allowing water to neither pool or drain to quickly is the crux of the issue.

One more, sorry

Are Fungi The Earth’s Natural Internet?

“I believe that mycelium is the neurological network of nature. Interlacing mosaics of mycelium infuse habitats with information-sharing membranes. These membranes are aware, react to change, and collectively have the long-term health of the host environment in mind. The mycelium stays in constant molecular communication with its environment, devising diverse enzymatic and chemical responses to complex challenges.”

Make sure these foods are raw in my experience and alcohol can be hard on the system. Variety is good. Coconut keifer can be used in place of dairy. Watch coffee and dark tea as they can skew the PH of the lower intestine. There is a valve that can malfunction separating the large and small intestine and allow bacteria to back up into the small intestine. Slippery Elm powder can soothe the intestines to help it heal. Cellulase enzyme can help candida as well as soil based/homeostatic soil organisms. The latter being used for many intestinal difficulties particularly IBS. Use structured spring or structured distilled water. Skip flouride. Be aware of mercury.

Don't drink wine that much just occasionally and not since my stomach has been messing up.I mainly stick with chamomile tea for now with honey and the occasional shot of acv in it and lots of water. I have slippery elm powder but last time I used it , added to the problem. I found better results with slippery elm bark boiled and made as a tea . Maybe I need to order some more :) Also find that peppermint helps alot as well. I have no problems with PH balance have test strips and when needed have ph drops to add to my water which helps.I Also take a tsp of cold pressed virgin coconut oil everyday. Have backed off on some stuff since this started tho to do trial and error and see if something I was taking set it off.
Thank You for your input hugs hf
Don't knowingly use anything with flouride in it ( did take anti-depressants for years tho and have since worked hard to detox from and for that and mercury as well, but if its in our city water supply then I am still absorbing it thru the shower or bath) Since I cut out white sugar and HFCS from my diet , mainly use (flower)local organic honey or agave nectar for sweetener. I have no candida problems. Actually think I may have a gluten intolerance but need to get tested for it . That can wreak havoc in the small intestines as well.. I try to stick with as fresh as possible when it comes to what I eat. But do risk the occasional pizza LOL have to leave the tomatoes off tho they tear my stomach up :( and they are a favorite of mine . dadgum gmo foods :(

In my life I have talked to 2 retired airline pilots...both said they have seen ufos more than once... both have said they kept quiet about it. Never told the higher ups or whoever...but what's interesting is that these two never met each other....but both claim they have seen them with their own eyes. I guess maybe reporting about these things back then was not something a pilot wanted to do...but I guess it was well known back then according to these two that we are not alone...

One of them actually told me that after he had seen these things it was tough to not think about seeing them each time he was on the job...

I had no reason not to believe either one of them...

I have a GREAT story, me having 'contact'.

My father was a helicopter pilot for USAF. He did it for nearly his entire career.

At a young age I asked him if he ever saw UFO's. He would always say 'yes', but there was obviously a normal accounting for what he saw, he just didn't know what it could be. Light reflections, atmospheric disturbances, maneuvering after effects, whatever.

He was/is a very curious type personality, but ALWAYS used to fall back on the 'real'. Military training makes that a necessity.

In our younger years, my dad always was very impressed with my twin brother and I's 'intelligence', and we would discuss Einstein's theories, mainly about light as it the theory breached all laws of physics.

In my late thirties I decided to tell him about ET, as this is something we had discussed before, but always in a hypothetical way. Problem was, at the point I began having experiences, I could explain to him the dynamics, but he could not understand the information. For example, in my early twenties I would discuss quantum theories and he could not 'see' it in his mind's eye. There was no way he could view particle/wave, observation, collapsing wave forms, Schrodinger's Cat, etc.

This was and always has been the mindset of my dad. Until the last few years, when I could talk about 'things' and it was so far over his head, he couldn't envision our conversations anymore. When this happened, I realized it was occurring within my entire family as well. Things that I began talking about, science wise, that was so easy for me to grasp, was beyond their even imagining, and it became VERY difficult to 'play' in this manner anymore.

Wow...tangent. Just typing my thoughts as they come to me.

Anyway, one day I decided to ask him about the Alaskan UFO pilot sighting. It had ALL the cockpit recordings, as well as the tower communications AND a second airplane that verified the sighting through triangulation, time signatures, etc.

My dad was a pilot in Alaska for a number of years (where I was born), and I thought it would be neat to pull up the video of it and ask him about it. For the first time ever, he said he was part of Project Blue Book. He was the head guy that sent all statements of pilot sightings to...shit...to whatever agency it was.

Feedback... = ...circuit complete.

Sorry for the rambling. Just trying to think through it all, and it helps when I write it down to you guys.

Ancient Builders Created Monumental Structures that Altered Sound and Mind, Say Researchers
“The findings indicated that at 110 Hz the patterns of activity over the prefrontal cortex abruptly shifted, resulting in a relative deactivation of the language center and a temporary shifting from left to right-sided dominance related to emotional processing and creativity. This shifting did not occur at 90 Hz or 130 Hz……In addition to stimulating their more creative sides, it appears that an atmosphere of resonant sound in the frequency of 110 or 111 Hz would have been “switching on” an area of the brain that bio-behavioral scientists believe relates to mood, empathy and social behavior. Deliberately or not, the people who spent time in such an environment under conditions that may have included a low male voice — in ritual chanting or even simple communication — were exposing themselves to vibrations that may have actually impacted their thinking.” [1]

when we were looking at Egypt in 2011 the acoustic design of some of the structures arose
the one we looked at was a long stone structure on the surface which produced a tone that witnesses said was awesome and they believed the tone was part of the structures function and they believed it made people better

yes
remember we were getting local witness emotions and it seemed locals we taken into this structure when they became ill and after a few minutes they were healed
this seemed to be a service the locals had the benefit of for as long as the people that built it where here

Voicemail Discovered in Nature: Insects Receive Soil Messages from the Past

A new study now shows that through those same plants insects are also able to leave ‘voicemail’ messages in the soil. Herbivorous insects store their voicemails via their effects on soil fungi.

[link to wakeup-world.com]
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32430667

Insects eating plant roots change the chemical composition of the leaves, causing the plant to release volatile signals into the air. This can convince above-ground insects to select another food plant in order to avoid competition and to escape from poisonous defense compounds in the plant. But the impact doesn’t stop there.

The new research shows that insects leave a specific legacy that remains in the soil after they have fed on a plant. And future plants growing on that same spot can pick up these signals from the soil and pass them on to other insects. Those messages are really specific: the new plant can tell whether the former one was suffering from leaf-eating caterpillars or from root-eating insects. “The new plants are actually decoding a ‘voicemail’ message from the past to the next generation of plant-feeding insects, and their enemies,” recaps NIOO researcher and first author Olga Kostenko. “The insects are re-living the past.” This message from the past strongly influences the growth and possibly also the behavior of these bugs. Today’s insect community is influenced by the messages from past seasons. [link to www.sciencedaily.com]

who's is whats dna: it's all cross 'polinated' via virus anyway. tizz not the tree of life as Darwin thought, it is a horzontal forest of bushes.

but even now within you, not considering where 'your' dna came from: you have an order of magnitude more bacteria, virus, and yeast living in/on you than you do cells in your body.

10 times!

a christian trying to prove creation will snarl and ask: how does a fish become a horse.

the answer is virus. those suposed boogybugs. they are responsible for moving dna from one species to another. yes the cause illness, but ultimatly, without them, the NONE of us would exist.

Sorry to dash off fancy, after saying hi, just not getting sucked in to drama and felt it building, see some posts got deleted so am glad me spidey sense's working a ok.

Thanks for this wonderful thread and great moderation aether, you are doing a fine job.

Would like to say one thing, aether in my opinion is not here to teach, but to uncover, via the feedback, two completely different things, learning happens, but there is no one teacher on this thread I believe, that way leads to peddle stool power, idolization, heart AND mind not either or, both is the way forward, so some here would be wise to think with their heart when using their mind, as this thread is full of teachers, we all know something one of the others don't and vise-verse.

I will leave you with a song as I lay my head on my pillow and go off for a fly.

Plants are usually charged negatively and emit weak electric fields. On their side, bees acquire a positive charge as they fly through the air. No spark is produced as a charged bee approaches a charged flower, but a small electric force builds up that can potentially convey information.

How then do bees detect electric fields? This is not yet known, although the researchers speculate that hairy bumblebees bristle up under the electrostatic force, just like one’s hair in front of an old television screen.

The discovery of such electric detection has opened up a whole new understanding of insect perception and flower communication.

We do it too, via goosebumps and the fine hairs on our body standing on end imho, not just with tv's or electrical appliances.

The shiver and goosebumps are when interaction is taking place on an electrostatic level, so we are communicating atomically with the surrounding fields, earth guardian, higherselfs, et, etc...

possibly, all speculation on my part, but feels about right.

So as proof of the light source (via artifacts) and the new foreign microbes invading once the light source (Sun) changed maybe.

Funny how it keeps going back to him (kluas) and his discoveries for me, guess I better start taking the hints and read more on him and old nassim.

Also about the 13 cups, they have been coming up over and over for me, I would love to just touch them, to slowly stroke my hand across each, sounds pervy I know hahahaha.

you got it
when earth was within Saturn`s plasma sphere earth was in the ultraviolet light sequence signal because of the plasma spheres filtering affect
we know our present sun became more and more visible to surface life over linear time as our Saturn system become immersed within our suns solar system so this would alter our ultraviolet biased environment towards what it has now become , hence transmutation of all surface life would occur in this transferal processes/era
until the final cascade/flood
when the tree of life broke, the plasma sphere collapsed and all surface life switched to sol light environment
the ensuing climatic chaos and altering light wave length made certain that ultraviolet biased surface life died out and transmuted sol light surface life flourished

In archery...feathers or vanes are added to the arrow to create a vortex spin while in flight...the lower the profile feather the vortex spin is greater...the higher profile feathers create less vortex spin on the arrow...

a dowser:

Here's another picture,

look carefully, look at the curve , this is the surface of a sphere.
Look where the basket is held( think also ankh)
in the right hand down by the knee.
look at what is held up in the left hand( i consider this will be a super conducting crystal)
Look at the feathers, I pay particular attention to feathers, as I do to trees.
But I don't look with my eyes, it's the hands that matter.
The bare feet touching the surface is important also, imo

Watch the two spirals, never overlook fibonacci, everything must comply with universe, or bye bye.
one spirals to the left, the other to the right, they travel on top of each other( light upon light, god guides whom he will to his light)
The colours are important, look at the gothic windows.
Why would the North American natives wear feathers on their heads and down their backs?
The feathers create a counter clockwise spin field about them, they don't weigh much.

it is said that shaman wear the fur skin of animals because the effect of the hairs (fur) form a similar effect to feathers as in:
enhance field effect
