Okay...damn! I just remember those two words being thrown around alot a few years ago...and nothing but bullshit came from it/ from what I remember

You've probably told me this before, but what kind of fish?

A week or so ago, I had a dream that a black smokey thing was on my chest pushing down and crushing me. I couldn't scream for help because no noise came out of my mouth. I died in the dream. After that I had a dream that the only person who can save me is me.
Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with what felt like an elephant was on my chest. I remained calm and tried everything in the book that I could think of and nothing helped. Then I thought of a person I loved and that love instantly removed the pain and everything was like it never happened. Love is greater than anything and everyone carries it within them and it will save you.

hmm saw another poster that had a similar experience last night.

I actually had a similar experience aswell last night, well of another character than being attacked, but an entity in the state between wake and dreaming

it seems that alot experience these sleep paralysis attacks or encounters.

and it seems that emotion somehow changes the encounters, many describe that they pray or think of something that will "save them" and the feeling stops.

most describe them as attackes, my experience last night was more of a hug or embrace of sorts, like a force pulling my chest upwards into the force, so I sat up in my bed, with the energy on top of me, for a sort of hug'ish feeling, but alot more intense, like hugging a sort of energy or wind.
It wasn't scary, just a bit strange and felt slightly forced, but not "evil" or "bad"

hmm you feel that the love is somehow protecting you? and that if you have no love, you have no protection?

what if the encounter merely responds to your behavior, like a form of communication, if you respond with fear and agression, it responds to that, if you respond in a neutral or friendly way, it does the same?

And, not loving yourself. A think there are many people like that in this day and age. It is not 'yuck', but it is sad, because that becomes such a large block to being. They were raised to love others more than loving self.

We (humans) have had it backwards for so long now.

Aether have you tried loving God? Have you ever felt or asked for God's love back? Are you familiar with the term God's grace? Try loving and having gratitude for God and see what happens perhaps. I was shocked by the beyond bliss intensity.

it works for me like this
i have become peaceful with the knowing that which i love is true thus the truth of the love i possess overrides that which may have caused me to become unpeaceful because my belief in what i love ,being real to me, allows me to be ultimately "so what" to that which is discomforting

i can and do walk away from it because what i love provides me with the emotional strength to walk away from anything in the full knowledge what i love will still be there for me to love

thus all other things naturally become affective to me only when i like the affect, if i do not, i stop being affected cos i don`t care because i am already in possession of that which i love

I feel silly talking about this, but I think I drew that experience to me. To see if I could do it myself because in all instances it was another who has helped me.

Boy, I have continued to be emotional. Feeling down, but not depressed.

I cannot 'enjoy' anything. Don't watch tv much at all. Used to rely on reading, and I don't even feel like reading.

Not depressed, just MEH, like nothing matters or fascinates me, but even that fact doesn't matter or make me feel anything :D

like being numb, and wanting to be that way, but not knowing why.
