Well...my computer crashed for the last half hour or so. That was frustrating. I have uninstalled AVG and am considering Panda Cloud.

Thank you...yes a lesson in patience.

I am wondering if AVG could possibly be the culprit of my laptop suddenly turning itself on in the middle of the night while locked and shut, just to belt out a few musical sentences, only to shut itself down again a few seconds later.

I would like to think that anyhow.

That reminds me of the magnets that can change morality/reasoning in a person if placed on their head.

My laptop is relatively new. I received it for my birthday last year in May so I doubt the battery is failing already. Also, it is often plugged in.
