I use to have that happen often.

To the point of feeling like my entire perception base had exploded against the walls and I was then forced to put it back together by reading the patterns...if you will.

Quite a scary and potentially productive place to find oneself.


That is generally why it comes slow...it seems.

Due to the propensity to do this...

Yes I have done that in the past as well ... retreated to lick wounds as it were. Have learned to make lessons of such and to not repeat ones that get one in said position.
Some are truly tests and pop quizes to test said strength gained from experiences ... and some are growing pains as it were ;)

Internal silence and reflection is paramount in situations of said.

If ones perceptions are not bent gently, one can easily slip into madness or dismiss it completely. Which is most often the case.

Hence...

A wolf had a bone stuck in his throat so hired a crane at great expense to stick his head in to the wolfs mouth and draw out the bone.
When the crane had extracted the bone he then demanded payment, the wolf grinning and grinding his teeth said, "why surely you have had sufficient recompense having drawn your head out safely from the jaws of a wolf.

The wolf was lucky the crane did not peck his eyes out and taunt him from the skies.

He may be clumsy on the ground but once he manages to lift his heavy wings and take flight, he is majestic in the air.

I must dash, have some new windows and doors being delivered in the morning so need to crack on with the prep work to have them all fitted.
