I keep getting a snap back from the void at the moment, so have taken a sabbatical from attempting that particular thingy mcbob and will just let nature take its course rather than bullying and heckling myself along.

'Inbetween' is where you get the space to discover the void, without thought, it feels.

Yes.

I use to have that happen often.

To the point of feeling like my entire perception base had exploded against the walls and I was then forced to put it back together by reading the patterns...if you will.

Quite a scary and potentially productive place to find oneself.

That is generally why it comes slow...it seems.

Due to the propensity to do this...

Wise words.

Internal silence and reflection is paramount in situations of said.

If ones perceptions are not bent gently, one can easily slip into madness or dismiss it completely. Which is most often the case.

A wolf had a bone stuck in his throat so hired a crane at great expense to stick his head in to the wolfs mouth and draw out the bone.
When the crane had extracted the bone he then demanded payment, the wolf grinning and grinding his teeth said, "why surely you have had sufficient recompense having drawn your head out safely from the jaws of a wolf.

In serving the wicked expect no rewards and be thankful you managed to escape with your whole being.

would a wise man have room for knowledge? as it might just get in the way of doing/being! :chuckles:

Love that rainbow picture, is like a calling to me.

Never been one to swoon over pictures or use them to further my inner workings, like pictures of doors or the like, yet rainbows seem to call me.

Ahh the book is called Aesop's fables.

his reward was the act of helping, it will come back around to him, yet he will know what a wolfs insides look like.

Perhaps what the crane gains, is a healthy respect for wolves...

Both in their cleverness to seek the crane, and in the knowledge of their ability to be merciful.

That ruffles the cranes feathers, hahaha.

The wolf was lucky the crane did not peck his eyes out and taunt him from the skies.

He may be clumsy on the ground but once he manages to lift his heavy wings and take flight, he is majestic in the air.

I must dash, have some new windows and doors being delivered in the morning so need to crack on with the prep work to have them all fitted.

Have a nice rest of your day all..
