All of us, all projecting what we think we know, what we think is best, what we are wanting to become. When in truth, we are lost and are susceptible to disingenuous behaviors, whether we think we are on a good path or not. Think about it. Think about all those surrounding you that influence you. For some this is easy, as it is just family and friends. For us (me) it is more difficult, as the cryptic words and BS flows freely through secrecy and those who think they know more about me than myself. My friend's mother taught it to him as a 'cord of life' concept. I guess it's all in the interpretation. One might see it as reassurance that not all is let go of - for one who is weary to leave. Or as a failsafe back - for one who surrenders intuitively. I myself had an interesting encounter with just such a need for it once. I can't 'reboot' the intent of going somewhere once I'm there, all I can do is let go of it. In letting go of intent, all that's left to grab back onto is that cord. Just an amateur's $0.02 :) The understanding of things like this always come to me in funny, coincidental, physical ways oddly enough. With this particular one, I let go of intent and felt an uneasy sense of being lost. It wasn't coming to mind of what to grab on to, and I found myself reaching down for what and/or for what purpose I had no idea. Picking something up snapped me out and I opened my eyes and there in my hand is a headphone cord xD Strange part is that it was tucked away in a blanket beside me and I had no idea it was there when I laid down beside it o.0 |

Loved that vid - was easy to tell what would happen before they revealed it. When they mentioned about being assigned another person to observe is when it started pulling at my heart strings. It also got me thinking. In the sense that women are programmed to a certain physical ideal, men tend to be so with a certain emotional ideal. The further a woman strays from this physical ideal, the more she is shunned. Likewise for men with the ideal behavior they are programmed for. What's interesting, too, is that it's physical outbursts from men and emotional ones from women that tend to be empathized with more so than the opposite. We tend to be more freely accepting from the other sex what we have been programmed away from. Men acting like women. Women acting like men. Cats and dogs living together. Mass hysteria!
