some of our recent discoveries about our planet go like this:

we discovered that earth generates the volume of gravity experienced by all things within earth domain to enable our earth to continuously dominate (influence) all that is within it`s domain
this is why no matter what something weighs on earth it falls to the ground at the same velocity everything else does within earths domain because our earths gravitational influence forces it to be so

we discovered our earth is self repairing/self organizing thus from the boundaries of earths domain (magnetosphere) inwards everything is forced to experience living within our earths self repairing/self organizing environment

with this in mind we may see that what life on earth experiences is as much dominated by what earth experiences as it is for what life within earths environment experiences in living it`s life here
