it looks like for several thousand years direction thus order was wrong direction in belief

that way you have the whole capacity of gaia to support you when radiating/talking to our universe thus you are not overwhelmed by our universe`s capacity which possesses scale of current (infinite)

Flexibility of spine is key here (hence yoga) as physical displacement is part of the 'data flow' process. i'm guessing ass and head are the 'nodes'. the first time, actual visualization initiated the vibration(low frequency 'wrihting'). the second time, i was grabbed without my conscious involvement (tho i did feel it coming on and welcomed -with all of my soul-the 'touch') and thrown about (literally/physically) like a rag doll. ...still trying to make actual sense of it.... shared only for adding to the 'data pool'. One 'spine sensation' I am willing to share is one that began in the very beginning and then continued through out with less frequency. It felt like...'the energy' was kicking a space in between my root and navel chakras. Over and over. I felt it possibly a 'block' of some sort. One that didn't break. It was always the same spot. It didn't hurt but was somewhat irritating and confusing...
