One 'spine sensation' I am willing to share is one that began in the very beginning and then continued through out with less frequency.
It felt like...'the energy' was kicking a space in between my root and navel chakras.
Over and over. I felt it possibly a 'block' of some sort. One that didn't break.
It was always the same spot. It didn't hurt but was somewhat irritating and confusing...

I am naturally very flexible. I always have been. I inherited it from my mother. Who...just the other day, suggested Yoga as well. :) The 'kicking' was only a single facet of what was going on. Imagine 'your attention' being pulled in several directions at once. With 'some' needing to be attended to, more than others...
