One 'spine sensation' I am willing to share is one that began in the very beginning and then continued through out with less frequency.
It felt like...'the energy' was kicking a space in between my root and navel chakras.
Over and over. I felt it possibly a 'block' of some sort. One that didn't break.
It was always the same spot. It didn't hurt but was somewhat irritating and confusing...

Imagine 'your attention' being pulled in several directions at once. With 'some' needing to be attended to, more than others... :BentGracefully: imagine that your attention being completely outside of your conscious 'control'... natural flexibility can be deceptive... it only takes one kink to prevent the whole from moving in resonance. well anyway: may it be a good day for all. duties = demanding.
