However....

Lam is an entity that I - as I have occasionally mentioned - actually recall not only meeting, but 'birthing' spiritually, before seeing through his eyes on two different occasions: the second was followed by Lam's entity being removed from me via an unclear mechanism.

Lam had many characteristics in common with Choronzon, barring the evil, conniving, nagging, and selfish aspects.

Almost like a 'purified Choronzon'. Or even just one with no inherent pain.
