It's hot out here. Last I looked it was nearing 90.

The energy of the Market has been odd all day. People feel rushed and a bit irritable due the heat I imagine.

I have had rather decent sales, but most the other vendors are quite disappointed.

Weather makes or breaks.

Nice, I feel like I'm on thorazine lately.

No energy, no concentration.

what i experienced was noticeable incoherence within our environment (real to me) and in noticing that i subsequently prompted myself into a frame of mind i had not possessed for 9 months
as soon as i was back into that frame i mind i went backwards through my memory from there and whoooooooooosh
my forgotten, by me, past was alive in my present and influencing my view of all things in my present
but
because i had not experienced my old frame of mind for what seems a very long time , forgotten it , i thought, the reality of having it back was shocking to my senses cos it felt so horrible
it had not felt horrible ,like it now does ,when i possessed it, not at all
but
in comparison to my current frame of mind, it sucks big time
thus
it took me not long to get rid of it again
and
i have the magical experience of now knowing from re experiencing it, that frame of mind sucks
thus the thought of it has now become repulsive to my senses by experience

that is true and i appreciate my past, the lucky thing for me i see as this
i never saw my other frame of mind as an "issue" , i was aware of it and because it was a lifetime thus far frame of mind ,i accommodated it as part of being me and that was that

even when it become not part of me, i noticed of course but it`s passing felt not dramatic at all, it transformed naturally and i forgot the old and that was that, without thought
it was it`s brief return that was the "drama" cos it so was not me anymore, that is the gift i received from the experience, i appreciate my difference now in deeper perspective and conversely, i recognize causes of it in added dimension also
