Ya, I usually visualize shifting the jet stream when a storm starts coming in, I been homeless for the past couple of years(or on and off the streets?) semantics really, needless to say it is of great concern for me if it rains.

I seem to have occasionally 'capabilities' with wind. Especially, very recently and quite some time ago. I spoke of it once. Vaguely. During that time...all I could liken it too...was feeling like the 'matrix' was bending around me. But that was a long time ago. And it never really came back with that intensity. Or maybe I was just more prepared for it.  Ya, I can do wind and ocean and have had some luck with fire.
