Hey Orbs,

Nice, I found a fiver sitting outside my car door the other day :)

I saw your post about energy, I sometimes like to bring it up and pull it down at the same time, or just bring it into the heart center, also like drawing it from the breath or 3rd eye.

As it was flowing today it felt like wheels or spin on left and right and me in the middle. Was focused on stillness today and being in the center of my being and as I reached that point a car horn went off outside with 3 beeps. Was kinda odd but felt nice :)

Anyways so as I'm an energy newbie I wanted to ask ye, if I lay on my back at night to sleep, energy flows and builds, I get these really big energy bursts/pulses from my heart center, can get really intense, kinda cool but I gotta turn over as it gets a bit too intense sometimes, what' do you think it is?

Been meaning to pm ye about something ye asked, I'm a lazy git but will try get the finger out and mail ye tomorrow.

if we take out the name for a moment and look at all cultures of gaia`s memory of the same topic

Well met then. i used to do refurbs before the recession. Now i do some custom wood work, do a few bids and inspections and work online.

Timing is everything.

As you know. I will go back read over that which was discussed regarding that topic, when I have some more time.

Nice, my brother in law is a carpenter in Texas, I am in the building game, multitrades, used to run a promotions company but got sick and tiered of talking to people so went back to the tools.

Feels good to build a sweat and make stuff, just got a new contract with with a big builders depot here fitting kitchens and bathrooms, finishing up this one nightmare job we been on for ages then starting on them, got 6 months straight price work coming up.
