Too 'cloverfield'esque to seem real. needs more chaos to be realistic. Someone should let them know that they shouldn't spout about a 'traffic' scenario and then show a car driving down an empty road... kind of a typical continuity error in home mades. Uploader and their writers deserve props, though.

The random guy's injuries and action caught at the right moment in center frame somewhat give it away.... :D

The probability of having a camera out at the proper moment is absurdly low, although not impossible (specially when that plane blows past and in the whole part where they stop to help the kid... irl you'd probably be to busy trying to help others/tell them to gtfo)...

Once again though, props to the original cast/crew! Looks really good for a low budget!

Nice try. The acting was good, the special effects were good but it seems that they forgot that the sound doesn't travel at the speed of light. The scenario had flaws (why the military had to stop and disembark an injured man at nowhere for first aid?). For better acting and scenario, please see below
