Kind of funny thing about aurora, a half rising sun with seven points is our city symbol and is everywhere. Infact, there is a phersephone statue with the rising sun on the corner of where the theatre is. They have redone a lot of play grounds here and in the concrete.i know of at least two with this symbol and sun dials/ astrological signs in the middle of the parks. Alway thought this was creepy.
