From your link...and her recount of the near miss shooting...she says:

An odd feeling which led me to go outside and unknowingly out of harm‘s way. Quoting: cbcShe KNEW...people pick these things up...some act on those feelings...and some don't. I think with technology there will be many more instances where people will start to notice links (proven and documented) of their emotions showing what's coming... Hmmm.. OR the NSA took over her account and went ahead and created some dialog to legitimize their op.  Government mind control at it's best...rumor monger gross exaggerations about an agencies ACTUAL capabilities in order to cut workload in half. Because they can use the crutch of emotional manipulation to uphold the pretend structure it created "out there" in people's minds that the agency is capable of something it's not. Compliance via fear tactics... Oh...don't forget the occasional accidental death or random lunatic freak out (like in this case...a shooter in public) which can be reported as a hit to reinforce how "real" the agency capability is.  I hate seeing stuff like that... Step one...know thyself...
