SOO SAD AND UNFORTUNATLY IT COULD EASILY HAPPEN AGAIN.

disarming the people and providing nothing but false security is the reason these events happen..the only time it has happened in texas was when gunman shot up a church (permit holders not allowed to have weapons in churches, schools or amusement parks)
If it had been in a well armed community, the SOB would have been "dropped" before he fired the second shot.
So go ahead a scream to disarm us, but when they do, these crazies will be completely secure in the fact that NO ONE will be there to stop them.
