Booby traps...to keep local police out till everything where it supposed to be?
Quoting: emerald_glow The music he set to lure neighbors in to set off the explosives. This would have diverted police resources, allowing him time to escape from the theater. But the story is that he just waited at his car to be arrested and told police about the booby traps. He was not trying to escape, it doesn't add up. You would expect him to go out in a blazing firefight, after all he had already supposedly killed 12 and injured many others, why did he suddenly "go straight"? The whole thing stinks.
