Good find! we know the shooter was 6'2" muscular build. should be a way to extract height of this guy in the video.

around 3:30 in the video starts footage of him relatively close to some women. given women have an ave. height of 5'5" I am thinking this might NOT be the guy. not tall enough on first glance.

The same might be said for terrorist Major Hasan of the
Fort Hood "shooting", and the only major difference is his beard.





Granted, Holmes' nose may appear different to some people in the
Brooklyn bridge photo because of the natural sunlight and shadows;
they can fool the eye.

The ears, mouth and eyebrows are a better visual indicator.


But it doesn't fool the software ...

Silly person previous poster. The nose looks the most different in ANY of the three pics depending on the angle, as they would in any person. But what doesn't look different are the eyes, and they are the same in every pic. Its really the only way to tell if a person is the same in a pic (your human brain is exquisitely programmed to note the fine details in the face, but especially the eyes).

They guy in the video's ears are round, James Holmes are pointed at the top.

you obviously dont actually know anything about the movement if you truly believe this, I think thats part of the issue ppl dont actually understand that occupy is made up of all races, all ages, also some of lower class and yes there was even some upper class supporting the movement

For me, visually, it's the ears.

But I would certainly expect a person's nose to change
somewhat when suspended by the arms by cops with his arms
zip-tied behind his back being carried off the Brooklyn
Bridge in Occupy NY. He was a few pounds heavier then, too.

On the ground with Occupy DC, it was 90 percent 20-something-
yr-olds, with about 10 percent black (very unusual given DC's
Black population). In NY, there were more Blacks, but that too
depended on the exact location and time. The only Hispanics
I noted were those who attended as Union members. But the
homeless tag along for free food and the chance to steal
stuff from the idealistic white kids. Tree huggers, Truthers,
Pacifists, and other miscellaneous misfits and nutjobs.

Perhaps you could provide everyone with a step-by-step overview of how you were able to arrive at your conclusion.

By providing this overview, you are enabling others to see if they are able to reproduce your results and what if any errors may have skewed your results.

Several posters have asked you questions about how you were able to arrive at your conclusion and you have not answered their questions; instead, it seems as though you would prefer to ignore those questions.

For anyone who knows what critical thinking and journalistic integrity is, it is clear that the reports about James Holmes by this PI named Bill Warner is totally bullshit. Regardless of how you might feel about the Occupy Movement or Black Bloc or the suspect James Holmes.... this "investigator" isn't doing anything even close to investigating. He is either pulling a PR stunt to get noticed (and in that case its working) or he's part of the misinformation effort.

If you've done any research into Occupy and Black Bloc, you can see how easily this guy is distorting facts and creating them out of thin air.
