If you are gonna talk CIA then you need a real link to the CIA. There are intelligence organizations which are outside CIA circles operating in this country you know. You don't even need CIA-level training or sophistication to be effective in these circles along intelligence lines. Some "wisdom" and social contacts is all you need. Organized crime is essentially military intelligence in action at very many levels of relative power and sophistication - including royal and aristocratic. Secret alchemy and ancient mystery school knowledge puts you into position to begin functioning at a higher level of intelligence operation, but not necessarily at the level of the CIA.
