DEBOSSMENT. The official Hawaii Department of Health seal is an
EMBOSSMENT (a raised seal), which is what the law requires, in Hawaii. AND the Hawaii Department of Health says they don't use or maintain the debossed seal on the back of the SHORT FORM birth certificate in answer to an open records request.
The White House dropped the image of the long form within days of this story as a diversion, and Corsi & Arpaio have never reported a word on any of it.
