Just watched the local news...

Unclear how it started. The footage they showed was crazy- K-9dog released- rubber bullets fired.


They said the guy ("Stomper") died.

In the video it still shows a strong police presence, this thing might get big overnight.

some guy just tried to drown himself on Venice Beach. Lifeguards just pulled him out of water he arrested now.
