Google Android - WTF!! HOW?

Anyone else notice this:

My voicemail message uses my number instead of my name. I always select it to use the generic you reached this number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and being forwarded to voicemail...

Well, now my phone's voicemail greeting use my name that is in a computer generated voice (and cant pronounce my last name), but here is the problem: the phones are under my wife's name so that we can get the 20% discount because of her employer. My name is no where on any verizon contract.

So google has changed my greeting without authorization (or at the very least a notice) and must be using the name associated with the mandatory gmail account. I never use it, but needed to set it up to use my normal email account. i am going to change the name on the email to "google blows!"
