ODD, I found something very strange regarding language used from the news and the President.............(Re: Colorado shooting)

This is strange, because same language is being used, I heard Obama say last night regarding a one of the victims at the theater that she had a "presence of mind".(Which at that time, I thought was odd language)
Now, I just watched this video from ABC from the 20th , and at 1:45 you can hear George say "you really have presence of mind".
WTH??? This seems like an agenda, or coaching, or a script!!!! Find Obamas speech and listen to the last few minutes of it, maybe the last 6-7 minutes of it!!
Does anyone else find this strange????
