He's basically keeping his focus down and to the right, and when he DOES look up he opens his eyes really wide like he's trying to wake up. And they're JUST NOW reading him his Miranda Rights? That means that they've had 2 days to get all sorts of information out of him without a lawyer being present.

That's not a mug shot that is a still from the court apperance we just saw. Look at the other mug shots. They either have a grey background or a hight chart. His background is the brown paneling.

he looks like he took spray paint to his hair. but that is the same guy. his ears and nose.he looks like he wants to cry. the lawyer looks pissed that he cant stay awake. i feel bad for her.

Same person, IMO. Just altered his appearance from time to time with hair dye and growing a beard.

Of course he looked out of it. He just murdered innocent people- whether he initially wanted to or not, the reality has set in. He looks like he felt bad or was about to get sick. He may have been putting on the crazy expressions to help with his insanity plea. This is intelligent man. I'm sure the prison guards weren't giving him an easy time either.

The real story- I can't believe how horrible that excuse for a live feed was with the whole world watching. That was done on purpose.
