I was in the bathroom and said I noticed something strange with the light. Seemed like a pulse or someting but not directly coming from the light itself.
Then my friend texts me and got off work early because they lost power. This is in Los Angeles could be a west coast target.
Thats two reports just from me in Los Angeles.
