It does make a difference because if it is not genetic(which science cannot prove) then it is a choice and not normal. So if people cannot back up that homosexuality is not genetic then they are only spouting opinions. So far it comes down to choice but the media and rabid homosexuals are trying to say what they are doing is normal and forcing their opinions on the general pubic through media and even the education system. That is where there is a problem. You want to live an immoral life then fine. But keep it behind closed doors and out of TV, movies and children's classrooms etc.

I don't know of any prominent population geneticists or evolutionary geneticists who expect to find a 'gay gene'. It would be bad for a biologist career if he calls it a load of poo,Get the drift ;). Or...they actually found it. It is a peer reviewed study. If they science isn't there then it will be shown as fraudulent. Science can only prove what actually exists. Most geneticists I listen to fully expect this research to be proven out. Homosexuality in men at least is a genetic trait. That being the case we have to ask what god was thinking when he created homosexuality then turned around and condemned homosexuals to death. You and me are talking genetic traits right ? Correct me if I am wrong ok. If an illness like diabetes was passed down to someone,that is a genetic trait right ?. They could eat a correct diet,exercise and drink a bit of red wine so any signs of diabetes is no more or they could do the opposite I quess. My understanding is traits involve multiple genes, not a single gene so the gay gene as itself can't be found. I think it is down to choice because if I had a fat obussive dad or whoever a generation back would I be one too or would I have a choice to be slim and a gentleman ?.
