Yeah and when people get their electricity bills in 2015 they are going to think they are a joke.

They are paying $16.00 a megawatt now.

That will jump to 132 in some states, 164 in others and Ohio gets a royal buttfucking of 357.

Last week PJM Interconnection, the company that operates the electric grid for 13 states (Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia) held its 2015 capacity auction.

The market-clearing price for new 2015 capacity – almost all natural gas – was $136.00 per megawatt. That’s eight times higher than the price for 2012, which was just $16.00 per megawatt. In the mid-Atlantic area covering New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and DC the new price is $167.00 per megawatt. For the northern Ohio territory served by FirstEnergy, the price is a shocking $357.00 per megawatt.

I wonder how many of these 13 states are going to vote for Obama?

I can promise you the average consumer is going to pass out when they get their electric bills in 2015 if somebody doesn't stop this war on coal.
