Re: Solar/Earthquake/Doom thread
Interesting information from AA, thanks for posting it.

I currently live in Thailand. 19 degrees. My home is situated in the middle of hundreds of acres of rice paddies and farm land. I have noticed no die off of plants, and the frogs during this time of year make it hard to sleep. I have not noticed any thing unusual in regards to animal behavior.

One thing that I have noticed, being 60, that the color and intensity of the sun seems to have increased or changed.

The plasma cloud we have entered into does seem to effecting the sun and hence the earth and the other planets, but I feel that there are some other factors that are not being taken into consideration as of yet in this thread. Not an expert by any means so I hope my verbage is correct. It would seem that we are receiving incoming energies from a far more distant source also, in the form of energies being emited by stars. Not sure what they are called, but their is evidence to suggest that this is not the first time this has happened, based on ice core samples. Can AA speak to this or anyone else. sk

Again, I'm not a scientist, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn last night.

There is alot of evidence that weird crap is going on. the reversal of the solar wind, what, back in March? I think was mentioned about page 264 with a video posted by Parvati. That was strange. No explanation conclusively by any authority.

Strange days indeed. Hell I don't know what's in store.
How's that for an uninformative honest answer?

Well while you guys are seemingly suffering a severe drought - in Ireland it's more rain than normal! Temps rarely exceed 23 degrees this summer...mainly between 13-18...it's miserable never getting ANY solar radiation!

Sounds like we're in for a massive dose...i'm quietly excited...despite the potential doomage of such an occurance - they say a change is as good as a rest - and by god, i need a rest!

Yes, well wherever you live might not be nearest to the areas affected by these transitions in our Sun.

There are more changes coming around the bend that we can not even imagine happening. Scary to think that "normal" is such an oddity that we boast about it when we are lucky enough to live in a "normal" area of the globe.
It is so strange to feel so out of sync mentally and physically while these changes are upon us, however small-scale they may appear presently.

Forecasters for the next 10 days continue to assure excesive heat of almost unprecendented stature. NOAA Drought Outlook: Little Relief Ahead
Nick Wiltgen Updated: Jul 21, 2012

Little relief is in sight from the drought that now encompasses nearly two-thirds of the U.S., according to the latest three-month outlook from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), released Thursday.

…For the rapidly worsening drought in the Midwest, prospects for relief are bleak. The NOAA outlook outlines a bullseye over the Corn Belt where precipitation is expected to be below average.

"Unfortunately, the self-perpetuation of regional drought conditions, with very dry soils and very limited evapotranspiration, tends to inhibit widespread development of ... existing thunderstorm complexes," the report notes.

Global D-Region Absorption Prediction
Introduction

Long-range communications using high frequency (HF) radio waves (3 - 30 MHz) depend on reflection of the signals in the ionosphere. Radio waves are typically reflected near the peak of the F2 layer (~300 km altitude), but along the path to the F2 peak and back the radio wave signal suffers attenuation due to absorption by the intervening ionosphere.

Absorption is the process by which the energy of radio waves is converted into heat and electromagnetic (EM) noise through interactions between the radio wave, ionospheric electrons, and the neutral atmosphere (for a more extensive description of the absorption process see Davies, 1990).

Most of the absorption occurs in the ionospheric D region (50–90 km altitude) where the product of the electron density and the electron-neutral collision frequency attains a maximum. Within this region the neutral density is relatively constant over time, so variations in the local electron density drive the total amount of absorption.

The electron density is a function of many parameters and normally varies with local time, latitude, season, and over the solar cycle. These "natural" changes are predictable, and affect absorption only moderately at the lowest HF frequencies. Much more significant changes to the absorption strength are seen as a result of sudden increases of electron density in the D region (the classic short wave fade) due to, for example, solar X-ray flares on the dayside or solar proton precipitation in the polar regions.

Solar X-ray flares have significant emission in the 0.1-0.8 nm [1-8 Å] wavelength range. This is important because these wavelengths ionize the D region, dramatically increasing local electron density, and hence the total EM absorption.

The flares, which can last from a few minutes to several hours, are rated C, M, or X according to the 0.1-0.8 nm flux as measured by instruments on the GOES satellites. To qualify as a C-class flare the flux, F, must fall within the range 10-6 ≤ F < 10-5 W·m-2, for M-class 10-5 ≤ F < 10-4 W·m-2, and X-class F ≥ 10-4 W·m-2. In standard notation the letters act as multipliers, for example C3.2 equates to a flux of 3.2 x 10-6 W·m-2. The C, M, and X classification is based on the full-disk X-ray emission from the sun.

During periods of high solar activity, such as solar maximum, the background flux may increase to C-class levels for days at a time, even without flare activity.

The D region electron density is directly driven by the total X-ray flux regardless of the source, so these periods of high background flux are equally important to radio absorption. Due to geometric effects, D region ionization by solar X-rays is greatest at the sub-solar point, where the sun is directly overhead. The amount of ionization and absorption falls with distance away from the sub-solar point, reaching zero at the day/night terminator. The night-side of the Earth is unaffected.

The precipitation of protons (as well as other ions) into the earth’s atmosphere during the Solar Energetic Particle (SEP) events can also create significant enhancements of ionospheric electron densities in the D region.

Solar protons with energies between 1 to 200 MeV are primarily responsible for most of ionization of the D region and, consequently, for the ionospheric absorption of HF radio waves. Because of shielding of the earth by its magnetic field SEPs find easy access to the atmosphere only in high latitude regions around the earth’s geomagnetic poles. Such occurrences are therefore termed Polar Cap Absorption (PCA) events.

The latitudinal extent of the polar cap in turn is determined by the disturbance level of the geomagnetic field, which is typically characterized by geomagnetic indices such as Kp.

[link to www.solarham.net]

Determination of the rate of ion-pair production due to the propagation of energetic particles through the atmosphere requires the input particle spectrum, which is best provided by direct satellite observations, as well as a realistic model of the atmospheric density.

Determination of the effective recombination coefficients which determine the resulting electron density profiles is less certain. These parameters depend upon a complex atmospheric chemistry and so upon altitude, time of day, season, and solar illumination. As a consequence of these dependences, the day-time and night-time recombination and detachment rates are significantly different and therefore result in quite different levels of absorption for same incident energetic particle spectrum.

Nibiru ...

Zecharia Sitchin was a very careful scholar.
However, he publicly admitted that he couldn't figure out what the word "Nibiru" meant.
I was at that Denver lecture/presentation.
And that one night in a dream, it came to him that Nibiru was a planet, the planet of the Anunnaki.
So essentially Sitchin 'channeled' the idea!

This fact always makes me laugh.
The rest was made up by countless entrepreneurs.
Rubbish.
Of all Sitchin's theories, this one became the most abused.
Which also bothered him.

AA points out many times that the effects are NOT uniform in all locations, not homogenous.
So many are experiencing terrible droughts, floods, weather and solar radiaiton weirdness.
While other locations are more normal.

I think of this plasma thing, his
"presence of high density of magnetically polarized plasma in the galactic plane which we are now entering"
as poorly mashed potatoes.
Some parts are lumpy and thick, while other are soopy and thin.
He does seem to think that the equatorial regions will get the worst of it.

Here is a list of some of the toxic chemicals a welder like AA is exposed to:

Welding Health Hazards
Construction Safety and Health
Outreach Program/U.S. Department of Labor
OSHA Office of Training and Education/May 1996

I. CHEMICAL AGENTS

ZINC
Zinc is used in large quantities in the manufacture of brass, galvanized metals, and various other alloys. Inhalation of zinc oxide fumes can occur when welding or cutting on zinc-coated metals. Exposure to these fumes is known to cause metal fume fever. Symptoms of metal fume fever are very similar to those of common influenza. They include fever (rarely exceeding 102o F), chills, nausea, dryness of the throat, cough, fatigue, and general weakness and aching of the head and body. The victim may sweat profusely for a few hours, after which the body temperature begins to return to normal. The symptoms of metal fume fever have rarely, if ever, lasted beyond 24 hours. The subject can then appear to be more susceptible to the onset of this condition on Mondays or on weekdays following a holiday than they are on other days.

CADMIUM
Cadmium is used frequently as a rust-preventive coating on steel and also as an alloying element. Acute exposures to high concentrations or cadmium fumes can produce severe lung irritation, pulmonary edema, and in some cases, death. Long-term exposure to low levels of cadmium in air can result in emphysema (a disease affecting the ability of the lung to absorb oxygen) and can damage the kidneys. Cadmium is classified by OSHA, NIOSH, and EPA as a potential human carcinogen.

BERYLLIUM
Beryllium is sometimes used as a alloying element with copper and other base metals. Acute exposure to high concentrations of beryllium can result in chemical pneumonia. Long-term exposure can result in shortness of breath, chronic cough, and significant weight loss, accompanied by fatigue and general weakness.

IRON OXIDE
Iron is the principal alloying element in steel manufacture. During the welding process, iron oxide fumes arise from both the base metal and the electrode. The primary acute effect of this exposure is irritation of nasal passages, throat, and lungs. Although long-term exposure to iron oxide fumes may result in iron pigmentation of the lungs, most authorities agree that these iron deposits in the lung are not dangerous.

MERCURY
Mercury compounds are used to coat metals to prevent rust or inhibit foliage growth (marine paints). Under the intense heat of the arc or gas flame, mercury vapors will be produced. Exposure to these vapors may produce stomach pain, diarrhea, kidney damage, or respiratory failure. Long-term exposure may produce tremors, emotional instability, and hearing damage.

LEAD
The welding and cutting of lead-bearing alloys or metals whose surfaces have been painted with lead-based paint can generate lead oxide fumes. Inhalation and ingestion of lead oxide fumes and other lead compounds will cause lead poisoning. Symptoms include metallic taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal cramps, and insomnia. In time, anemia and general weakness, chiefly in the muscles of the wrists, develop. Lead adversely affects the brain, central nervous system, circulatory system, reproductive system, kidneys, and muscles.

FLUORIDES
Fluoride compounds are found in the coatings of several types of fluxes used in welding. Exposure to these fluxes may irritate the eyes, nose, and throat. Repeated exposure to high concentrations of fluorides in air over a long period may cause pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs) and bone damage. Exposure to fluoride dusts and fumes has also produced skin rashes.

CHLORINATED HYDROCARBON SOLVENTS
Various chlorinated hydrocarbons are used in degreasing or other cleaning operations. The vapors of these solvents are a concern in welding and cutting because the heat and ultraviolet radiation from the arc will decompose the vapors and form highly toxic and irritating phosgene gas. (See Phosgene.)

PHOSGENE
Phosgene is formed by decomposition of chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents by ultraviolet radiation. It reacts with moisture in the lungs to produce hydrogen chloride, which in turn destroys lung tissue. For this reason, any use of chlorinated solvents should be well away from welding operations or any operation in which ultraviolet radiation or intense heat is generated.

CARBON MONOXIDE
Carbon monoxide is a gas usually formed by the incomplete combustion of various fuels. Welding and cutting may produce significant amounts of carbon monoxide. In addition, welding operations that use carbon dioxide as the inert gas shield may produce hazardous concentrations of carbon monoxide in poorly ventilated areas. This is caused by a "breakdown" of shielding gas. Carbon monoxide is odorless, colorless and tasteless and cannot be readily detected by the senses. Common symptoms of overexposure include pounding of the heart, a dull headache, flashes before the eyes, dizziness, ringing in the ears, and nausea.

OZONE
Ozone (O3) is produced by ultraviolet light from the welding arc. Ozone is produced in greater quantities by gas metal arc welding (GMAW or short-arc), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW or heli-arc), and plasma arc cutting. Ozone is a highly active form of oxygen and can cause great irritation to all mucous membranes. Symptoms of ozone exposure include headache, chest pain, and dryness of the upper respiratory tract. Excessive exposure can cause fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema). Both nitrogen dioxide and ozone are thought to have long-term effects on the lungs.

NITROGEN OXIDES
The ultraviolet light of the arc can produce nitrogen oxides (NO, NO2), from the nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O2) in the air. Nitrogen oxides are produced by gas metal arc welding (GMAW or short-arc), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW or heli-arc), and plasma arc cutting. Even greater quantities are formed if the shielding gas contains nitrogen. Nitrogen dioxide (NO2), one of the oxides formed, has the greatest health effect. This gas is irritating to the eyes, nose and throat but dangerous concentrations can be inhaled without any immediate discomfort. High concentrations can cause shortness of breath, chest pain, and fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema).

II. PHYSICAL AGENTS

ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION
Ultraviolet radiation (UV) is generated by the electric arc in the welding process. Skin exposure to UV can result in severe burns, in many cases without prior warning. UV radiation can also damage the lens of the eye. Many arc welders are aware of the condition known as "arc-eye," a sensation of sand in the eyes. This condition is caused by excessive eye exposure to UV. Exposure to ultraviolet rays may also increase the skin effects of some industrial chemicals (coal tar and cresol compounds, for example).

INFRARED RADIATION
Exposure to infrared radiation (IR), produced by the electric arc and other flame cutting equipment may heat the skin surface and the tissues immediately below the surface. Except for this effect, which can progress to thermal burns in some situations, infrared radiation is not dangerous to welders. Most welders protect themselves from IR (and UV) with a welder's helmet (or glasses) and protective clothing.

INTENSE VISIBLE LIGHT
Exposure of the human eye to intense visible light can produce adaptation, pupillary reflex, and shading of the eyes. Such actions are protective mechanisms to prevent excessive light from being focused on the retina. In the arc welding process, eye exposure to intense visible light is prevented for the most part by the welder's helmet. However, some individuals have sustained retinal damage due to careless "viewing" of the arc. At no time should the arc be observed without eye protection.

:tarz3:
Truth [Satya] indeed conquers! Not untruth, falsehood.
Untruth is all discord, out of harmony with the Real.
The Real is a spontaneous unfolding of the One.
