When the judge said "Please be seated", he sat down, so he clearly understands what's going on.

His acting is also pretty bad.

He was on 100mg of Vicodin during the crime. I have not heard anyone mention this

They forced the arizona shooter to take meds so why not him?

I would think in either case it would be illegal, you would think that would compromise court proceedings.

I think he was a naive person, that was taken advantage of by a "group" that was using him..and yes, I agree with you..he was set up.

That is not enough to carry over in his system completely whacking him out days after. The court video shows someone has given him some HEAVY narcotics since then.

Vicodin doesn't make a person trip balls for days, it is just not that heavy of a narcotic.

The more I analyze this shooting the less sense it makes.

Who drugged this guy, how long has he been drugged? Did someone else kill people, and then sit this drugged out, hair dyed, fall guy in a car?

Last night I heard two different witnesses from the neighborhood he lived in state that as late as Thursday he had brown hair..

PS..To this day no one from Law Enforcement in Colorado has interviewed his parents. They seem to think they have their guy.

No videos? No proof of it being him, except that he was sitting like a robot in his car..

Interesting CC...i imagine he is a patsy...most are for these type of events.

He is not coherent at all in the video - not taking anything in...or responding to anything...deffinately some numbing going on there using mind control...drugs...who knows...but generally young kids genuinly on a mission to achieve something (even if it is shooting loads of people)...prepare for ages - do it - and revel in the exposure.

Mind control is my best guess so far. It's been used successfully on previous occassions for infamous assassins.

Speaking of the back of the theater, there is blood residue there, and a pair of pink flip-flops.

So, we can surmise :-) that someone was carried out the back..do they want us to believe that someone is carried out the back, which would mean LEO's were back there, and this guy is sitting in his car, with all his weapons around him and no one is beating the tar out of him..no one thinks he was the killer? Just some "joker" sitting in the only car in the back?????

HIS EYES DON'T "TRACK" EACH PERSON THAT IS TALKING IN THE COURTROOM, WHICH IS A NATURAL REACTION WHEN PEOPLE ARE TALKING "ABOUT YOU"!

IT'S AS IF HE HAS NO IDEA WHERE HE IS.

SO HE IS OBVIOUSLY HEAVILY DRUGGED.

SO, if he's such an amazing, efficient, organized "killer" and "bomb-maker" and "evil genius", how did he plan it all out if he's ALSO so super insane? and why was the gasmask at the theatre found very far away from where his car was parked.
