If the prosecutors of the court in the states were good people, they would not allow him to be sedated, medicated whatever the costs. The lawyers, and everyone involved, including the prison guards, if these men were good people, they would make sure that he was not medicated. Because the family of those that died, and injured would want to hear his explanation. WHY? Why did he do it?
