Yes this is exactly how a demon would speak I think.

One, he is named Legion, the same name as a demon or group of demons in the bible who took over a man. This man lived in the darkness and sewers of city and he was in torment. He was cutting himself and living in the darkness alone. People were afraid of him and no one would go down to the sewers were he was. Would you? Would you go in to see crazy demon possessed sewer man?

But Yeshua, His real name means God Saves, got the demons out of this man.

Once there was just God and all the Angels. How long did this time go on and on before he created man? Well when he did create man, God said his creation was Good. And they were good, but when God said for Angels to bow to men, many would not do it. Satan convenced many that God was wrong. He convenced them to leave, join him, and they could do things better than the Very One who had created them. So they became the demons. They decieved man and they continue to do so.

Satan keeps telling the Demons that he is better than God and he keeps convincing people that he doesn't even exist and gets his demons to pretend to be ghosts to tell people the afterlife is a wonderful place.

They were once in Heaven with God, they might remember what love is, but they can't love now. They can serve Satan, but he doesn't love them. They can't love you, and they can't love Satan and they can't love anything. Satan doesn't love them. They might remember what love is, and that once God loved them, but they can't experience it now.

But Humans can love, if they choose to.
But a demon can't.

We also have second chance at redemption and they don't. So they can only hate us because we have something they can never have. No matter how bad we are, some of us can and do love and some of us can and will get redemption.

They try very hard to convince us differently and many will listen to them.
