Wonder what it is in the ash that helps to prevent infection. the nicotine for one, and lots of trace metals that are semitoxic. ive been using tobacco ash on wounds for decades as it also has a styptic effect (promotes clotting). but in many cases it does tend to promote scarring, so you ladies probably wont want to use it on visible areas. dont know where i got the idea from, but it works like a champ for clotting and stopping internal bleeding like ulcers or female haemorrhage (know this personally), YARROW leaves are hands down the best. it also dissolves soft tumors like fibroids. it is known for having been used on the battlefield to stop bleeding. i LOVE yarrow. one of my top ten herbal remedies. oh hell wait...you make a TEA for internal stuff, you put the crushed leaves on external wounds and bleeding. A garlic poultice is good too. Alli-C is an excellent product. once it swelled, i lanced the "boil" produced and squoze out the nasty yellow brown puss, then packed it with cigarette ashes. healed in a couple of weeks, and the scar is surprisingly small, but deep. best to get necrotic poisons out as quick as possible. tobacco ash is remarkably antiseptic i've been bit a couple times and never had a bad reaction...not like you see online! i wonder if it has to do with general immunity and health. hmmm...:P that and location of the bite. places like fingers and toes have tons of micro blood vessels to feed all those sensitive nerve endings, so there is more chance for the venom to spread. mine was inner thigh, right by the crotch, so really just meaty flesh. another inch north and one west, i might well have had a MUCH more uncomfortable recovery, roflmao |

Quoting: KoFFee_ She was bit and within a few hours her neck was all swollen and she couldn't breathe. She was hospitalized for about 3 months. Once home, she remained on antibiotics for another six months. She had one of the worst reactions I've seen to the poison of this spider. Be careful when rummaging through boxes that have been in your basement. I've come across some nasty spiders while doing this, now I wear gloves. My coworker got bit and they found out it was a brown recluse because it left some of its web inside her leg and they were able to analyze it. Her wound swelled up immediately and the venom ate a huge hole around the bite like a flesh eating virus would. She was also hospitalized and on antibiotics for months. |

I also hate the fact that I live in the middle of the mountains in the warm south, and see these A-holes quite a bit. weird thing is they don't usually make us perk an eye b/c we see them so often. was just going through some wood piles recently and saw a few. they are real reclusive though, which is one good thing. hence the name, derp. Also saw a black widow eating a locust the other day... They are out there. I got rid of any wood piles around the house, and will be doing the bug/spider guard treatment around the entire perimeter with the pump sprayer. thanks for the reminder. p.s. the spiders we usually see are just little wood spiders, but, I'd say for every 5 or 6 wood spiders we see 1 recluse... freaks the hell out of me now... "It was terrifying," she told the British Daily Mail newspaper. "It was spreading all over my head." Perez, 21, was stung at the Amarillo airport and was later hospitalized for five days in September. Her head swelled to twice its normal size and she needed a skin graft to rebuild the ear that had rotted from necrosis. Read more and watch video here: [link to www.ketv.com] what upsets me the most is that Omaha's MSM will do a report on this, but they won't report on how to limit your exposures to radioactive fallout from Fukushima I've been telling them about since March of 2011, the 30 year half-life Cesium, Xenon, and Iodine made it over here.. It is easy too. Lots of Americans are already programmed to be afraid of germs, so decontaminating everything you bring into your home, and other ways of limiting exposures, eating as many meals as you can that are are all/mostly: raw/vegan/organic/gluten-free and lower on the food chain, how to detox accumulative "internal emitters" how to treat skin damage from radioactive rain "hot stuff". Another thing that bothers me is that the media employees probably took the information and used it for their families but then denied the public access of information that I granted them to inform the public, instead they just horde it, risking generations of mutations and cancer we don't know what magnitude of damage will/could be done. And it's still going on over there, Fukushima still leaking lethal amounts enough to kill the whole world.. while the people sleep, not caring or some have even forgotten about or deny that any harm could reach us from "way over there".. yea.. over water, wind moves particulate through the air quite easily when there's not land and trees and things blocking it! I tell ya.. Omahan's think they know everything, they are so isolated, and it's the media's fault they stick to news pieces like this above and not what is really going to kill 95-99% of the population. It appeared to look like a tiny blister that itched. BTW, takes a few days for some people to even notice a bite. After a few more days, the "blister" popped and it spread. Had to take antibiotics for a few weeks and cream on the infection as well. You cannot allow anything to touch the area as it will not heal. You can never pick the scab or the infection just keeps occurring. Wearing clothing next to the area is impossible. Takes months to heal. |
