What can I say? This goes along with the theory of the guy being drugged, his hair dyed and him being thrown in the car as the fall guy. [ link to www.nydailynews.com] lol from the story The suspect remains under 23-hour lockdown, leaving his cell just once a day. Authorities fear that other inmates could target Holmes and have him wear a bulletproof vest during his daily walk. So are the inmates carrying weapons or why exactly would he need the vest.Where are the guards.
