James Holmes' College Recs Sealed
"...in an order signed Monday and released by the school Thursday in response to an open records request by Associated Press, District Court Judge William Blair Sylvester said releasing information in response to requests filed under the Colorado Open Records Act would "impede an ongoing investigation." Re: James Holmes' College Recs Sealed
"Arapahoe County District Attorney Carol Chambers requested the order after the University of Colorado Denver warned her office Saturday about the record requests."

so the court saying it impedes the investigation is bullshit. the school has things to hide, so THEY asked the records be legally sealed. basically, they admitted they are "in on it". is this real life?

This whole case just seems weird
How many feminists does it take to screw in a lightbulb? One. She stands there with the bulb in the socket and waits for the world to revolve around her.

People are looking at it the wrong way. the first comment almost has it. but in further detail: he was a med student at a university and they won't tell you if they were testing drugs on the students, that is how some students make money-testing experimental medication. Hence why the college legally sealed the records.
