Here in a new article, talks about illegal immigrants not having to buy health insurance. I don't hate anybody--I just want to know why non-citizens are exempt whilst citizens will be penalized if they don't purchase insurance.

If non-citizens are going to be allowed to use medical facilities, then make them buy insurance. If they get a driver's license, make them (and everyone else) show proof of car insurance BEFORE registering their car. If they work, make them pay taxes. NO FREE RIDES. If they can't pay taxes, pay medical bills (or insurance) etc. etc. etc. then don't allow them in the U.S.

U.S. Citizens shouldn't be treated like second class citizens in their own dad-gummed country.
