BUT..the correct way is obviously like Christ..to be like Him

to be meek and forgiving..because the meek will inherit..because it pleases God

What did His followers do..did any take up arms..use violence..no..revenge of any type..no

they were true to Him by preaching His Word..of Love and forgiveness


that was His sword..His Word..that came from His mouth..His Wisdom

The sword was His tongue..that cut through the lies and deceit..and did more for justice and truth than any whip or stone throwing could

And His word was Love

Because Love is God and God is power

we have to struggle daily in this fallen society to remind ourselves..when we feel the indignation and righteous anger growing in ourselves..to be meek and forgiving..because that is what He would wnat us to do

He rebuked Peter for cutting the ear trying to defend Him..

and healed it..the ear of the man that came to arrest Him

yet He could have withered them all..but didnt

because His Victory is not imposed by force

But by Love

and the sword He uses is Truth
